@TheKittymix yes my sim dies last night from a mummy's curse. After pleading with the spinx , did not work , but I didn't save the game and made sure my sim had the death flower...well it worked , now my sims alive...weird though the traits to changed and my sim had an evil trait.

@utstar1 make sure your character is not lucky. That probably prevents it from becoming a mummy

if u wanna no how 2 make a mummy on sims 3 world adventures (wa) then before u go on to create sim or family u hit ctrlshiftc then a small blu window should pop up then u type in unlockoutfits on then u can push enter then it should go away then u go in create sim or family then u go into the outfits and scroll down more then usual

Check the Tech forum section of the sims site for suggestions. I would suggest that you back up your Sims 3 file (to your desktop), delete the Sims 3 file in My Documents > Electronic Arts, uninstall each of the games, then reinstall everything, and (unzip and) move your backed up Sims 3 folder back to My Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 3. It's labor intensive, but it MAY fix your issues. BEFORE you do all of that, you might want to back your system up to undo any problems
