Launching ANY AWD car will wreck it, plain and simple. All that torque has to go somewhere, and with so much grip, its the drivetrain that takes an absolute beating, rather than the tires.

@TheWackybastard Only true if the engine cannot overpower the tires. The weakest point will always give. A track is FAR stickier than reg. asphalt so that's where the driveline becomes the weak point. I dumped my puck clutch @ 5 grand, did a 4 wheel burnout, destroyed the Vette I was against, and yes, damaged the tranny. That being said, it had 250,000 kms on it.

@dsmtuners You are not slipping the clutch properly. I don't need to sit and the car and hold your hand to see that. It looks like your loading the trans fine with either a hydraulic brake or just the hand brake. But then you drop the clutch faster than you should. You'll get better times and break less with more slipping. Look I didn't say moron once... Damn it

@jajasethja your retarded slip the clutch wtf is this fast and the furious suddenly 5 movies come out and everyone thinks they can drive you dont slip a clutch in a awd platform, ask any real mechanic and they will tell you it doesnt matter how much you slip your clutch your gonna drop your transfer case, blow the clutch overheat the trans, blow seals on the trans or worse snap a gear, that car wieghs allmost 2 tons so gg retard get some info before you start spout off at the mouth
