hi .. i made this yest for dinner after seeing ur show.. it came out really really well... thanks a lot... i have tried many recipes of urs.. all have been excellent...
only dish which didnt turn out was Bomaby karachi halwa... the moment i poured ghee, it didnt absorb.. can u pls. help me...
Damm! I never tried frying the coriander leaves before. I thought doing that would be a very bad idea as they would over-fry and get black and bitter.
Dear Vahchef, I like watching your videos. I have only tried out your biriyani, and it was super duper. But your other dishes -- almost all have onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, and cilantro. When cooking at home, it is nice to have different flavors for different dishes. For example, potato with just chili powder and asafoetida. So more variety and subtlety in flavors for home cooks, please.
@cooldudeprav ... I guess in his early years he had lack of experience and confidence in front of camera now he feels like its child's play so he is more fluent and quick. But his expressions are still same as around 2:27 .
The tomato rose gives the presentation a very nice touch. Can you please consider making a video regarding how to make different garnishes? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks !
