This is what turned me into a dinosaur-obsessed kid in the 90's, this is what defined my careless days as a joyful little dude on the block... This is what inspired me to study zoology, geography and botany. I miss those days... Even cried when I watched the movie again this evening (alone). I watched this tape until the old vcr packed up! I'm twenty years old now and this is one of my earliest good memories which makes me happy.

When Little Foot's mother died I bawled my eyes out, my grandparents had to come over to the house and try to calm me down along with my parents. It's also sad because they don't make movies like this anymore. It's all CG films like Shreik, Monsters vs. Aliens, Dispicable Me and Megamind. They are all the same. Films like Land Before Time, An American Tail, & classic Disney films are fantasic and emotional. Bring Don Bluth & cartoons back to the big screen!!!!!

This is so sad :( I used to cry my heart out when Little foot's mom dies, but i think Bambi's mom's death was just a little sadder. Little foot at least gets to talk to his mother before she dies, but Bambi searches around fruitlessly for his mother (after hearing a gunshot, no less) for a while before his own father tells him that his mother's dead. The last thing his mother said was "Run and don't look back." Doesn't anyone else think that's just traumatizing? D': but still, the poor babies.

I know how Littlefoots must've felt when his mother died. This song used to make me cry and sometimes still does. I've been through many rough times alone and I sometimes feel that I have to fight a war all alone. Many challenges lie ahead of me, but I feel I'll emerge victorious in conquering them. This was a great kids film, it address loss and lonelieness so well. I wish the days of Auld Lang Syne and the entertainment of the 70s, 80s and 90s were back!

One of the best movies of all time, in my opinion. I lived & breathed this movie when I was little...I was obsessed, I'm 21 years old now and still love it, and this song still makes me teary-eyed. Brings me right back to when my life was so simple! I went through a period of about 2 months where I insisted that everyone at my daycare called me Petrie. Hahahahaha. This is just awesome. =)

This song playing along with those heartwarming clips from the film...just watched the video again and sure enough, I was crying by the end. This is probably the only song that can consistently get tears pouring down my face.

i remember watching this movie when I was a kid. it's what got me into prehistory and dinosaurs. i haven't missed a dino documentary since. and this song still makes me cry like a baby. i'm only 15, but it makes me nostalgic of the times when nothing mattered buy carrying on how i liked, with no responsibilities. i have to do my GCSEs this year, then my AS and A levels, then go to uni. this is the year my childhood is over, and this song is the soundtrack to my childhood.

Ill never forget watching this movie over and over when i was little. This movie is so beautiful. 17 years old now i hear this song and just rember me so simple with not a care in the world, Ducky was my favorite. Im glad to be able to listen to this song and still have it speak to me

I have excactly the same thing, I know exactly how you feel man.
I'm very happy but thinking of those days makes me wanna cry. It's that feeling that's only there in you memories. Something you had once in your lifetime and that will never come back. How badly you want it, it just isnt possible anymore.
sometimes when i look at the youth these days i get the feeling they're acting so old way too early that there missing that feeling we had.

i own a copy of every single land before time film ever made. i had to empty the dining room just to fit them all in theres so many. and the funny thing is, when i feel like some cartoon dino fun, even out of the billion sequels, i only ever reach for one.

I know how Littlefoots must've felt when his mother died. This song used to make me cry and sometimes still does. I've been through many rough times alone and I sometimes feel that I have to fight a war all alone. Many challenges lie ahead of me, but I feel I'll emerge victorious in conquering them. This was a great kids film, it address loss and lonelieness so well. I wish the days of Auld Lang Syne and the entertainment of the 70s, 80s and 90s were back!

One of the best movies of all time, in my opinion. I lived & breathed this movie when I was little...I was obsessed, I'm 21 years old now and still love it, and this song still makes me teary-eyed. Brings me right back to when my life was so simple! I went through a period of about 2 months where I insisted that everyone at my daycare called me Petrie. Hahahahaha. This is just awesome. =)
