buy a high powered laser, (mainly the arctic laser) which he is using

buy a rotating base and point the beam at the rotating reflective base...and there you go

@droopusmaximus it can be any motor small enough to movie a small plate, so like a small toy car motor.

@droopusmaximus The simplest way to do this is grab a small pack of small mirrors from a craft store, and find some kind of computer fan. they work really well.
