Yugoslavia had one of the best teams in europe and also the world. any1 who says otherwise is either stupid or doesnt follow football or both. that bein said, iran played well that year. they are pretty good and they can definitely hold their own. they fucked up the U.S. 2-1 that same year lol il nevr 4get that. fifa 98 was the gr8est
yeah yugoslavia was one of the best teams in the world long time ago, when 8 out of first eleven were Croats! but yugoslavia is just serbia now and they need to do much more work to become something at this mo.
they definitely has potential now. They are #1 in group 7. Hopefully they wont mess up but well see. also good luck to the croatian team. i would like to them and bosnia and serbia at the world cup in 2010
actually group 9 is the easiest euro group. the dutch have nothin to worry about. we do have to deal with france but i see what youre saying. u have england and ukraine in your group.

Yugoslavia is not good team in euro so Iran shouldnt even worry about this shitty european and they never made it to world cup since then. Iran play alot better yugoslavia but due not enough experience in forward minavand and pashadzadeh, mahdavikia misses couple chances for iran. iran would beat this team by three goals trust me. iran will do alot better next world cup trust me man
Once again what are you talking about? Do you even follow football? 10 years ago Yugoslavia was one of the best teams in Europe and all of its players played in top Euro clubs. They were a dark horse in the tournament and great things were expected of them.
They made it to World Cup 2006 (as Serbia). Iran played a really good game against them and surprised everyone. Of course the fair result would have been a tie.
you obviously don't know shit about football. first of all, Serbia played in world cup afterward. secondly, because you think iran should have won does not mean shit at all.
abedzadeh, nakisa, pashadzadeh, minavand, azizi, ali sameri, mahdavikia, boroumand. minavand you need to improve your shooting and relax when you have the ball in your feet. then take ball and go one and one and chip ball.

If the keeper hadnt moved one way before diving the other well Iran would've had a chance for the Round of 16
