  • After sitting through the shitty tutorial, he confesses this method won't even work for fight scenes. Move along guys.

  • i like how hes too emarrassed to show his face xD

  • I cant stand when people attempt to do a tutorial without speaking.......makes it that much harder to follow.

  • harrykin skywalker?

  • Get a mic

  • hi i need help i did the lightsaber with a preset so i cant lock the motion point 2 to the tip how can i achieve motion tracking to presets

  • @B3RKAYS Do you mean you weren't actually holding anything physical in your footage? If you weren't you won't be able to track the tip. Just track the handle and do the tip yourself, as it will still save you time.

  • @TheMsShuy Ok i got a stick and took a footage but track motion does not work properly it goes to nonsense points do i need a better camera or a bright background?

  • @B3RKAYS Both of them will help out greatly. See if you can turn the resolution on your camera up to make the stick more defined, if not then making the scene brighter may do the trick.

  • my motion tracker stays in the same palce

  • @legohalospartan315 Sorry I can't really help without being there, does the video have poor resolution? Check your tracking something that stands out in comparison to the rest of the video. If the footage is too blurry it may not work.

  • With this work too if you swing the lightsaber and there's a blur behind it or when the saber is behind you?

  • @9ernation You have a few options if you want to make your lightsaber go behind someone. You can either, turn the opacity to 0 for those particular frames. Or you could draw a mask around the character on a white layer and change the transfer mode to 'subtract'.

  • @TheMsShuy Oh ok Thx. And too, if there is a trail behind the saber (Spreads out), when it is swung will the motion track pick it up or would it just stay on the stick part?

  • @9ernation No, sorry. You'll have to go to those particular key frames and move/stretch the white solid or preset yourself. =)
