Hey nice video but the psp go sucks... i have one, you cant use your udm, it takes forever to put anything on it, it does not work with some routers...

I sold my old PSP a long time ago and since I don't have any UMD games the PSP go is perfect for me. I'm glad I won't have to carry a bunch of UMD's or carry around the older bulky versions. Getting mine as soon as I get paid but for the people who already have the older versions of course their is no point in buying the PSP go.
im gettin a go 2 cuz i only have like 2 umd games i really like and if i wanna play the rest of my umds il just use my 3000 :) and i will use my go to store lots of new games,movies photos and music on the one device also i can take all this anywhere because it will fit in my pocket :)

Sony is so dumb. Not only does this look terrible but it has just about no new features to it. Interwebbist said it well, this is a complete waste of money. Sony should have saved their resources to come out with a sequal to the psp not some garbage upgrade.
The PSP Go! does not give me any reason to go and waste £200+ on it, i am perfectly happy wiht my psp 3000, sony just keep bringing out consoles every 5 - 7 months, look and compare the difference between the psp 2000 and psp 3000, not too much difference and now sony have brought out the psp go! which is still lacking the second joy stick! Sony are wasting their money upgrading the psp little by little every 5 - 7 months. they should take their time and make a truely impressive psp!
there is NO reason to upgrade your excellent current PSP for this UNLESS you want:
1) smaller screen (3.8 inch on PSP Go versus 4.3 inch on the current models)
2) no UMD slot! Can't play your games. Buy new games ONLINE only! You can already buy games online with your current PSP if you hate the awesomeness of UMDs.
3) Bluetooth. The PSP Go offers it.
4) smaller size
5) more cramped controls
IF you want these, go for it! There are no other improvements. Sony is taking you for a $250 ride.
This is very exploitable to the knowlegable people on the Internet. Think about it the bios and memory are all injected into the device (no external inputs). All you have to do is find an exploit in, sure enough because it's made by Sony, Gran Torismo mobile. Another tactic is to have a overflowed ex memchip. That overflows the internal FW than uplink a custom firmware easy as your dick

The only way that the PSPGo can be a threat to this is that PS3 games comes with a digital copy that can be uploaded to the PSPGo and you can play your console games on the go. Sync up the saved game and go to town. PSPGo is gonna be the downfall of Sony in the handheld market.
Just gotta wait for the new Microsoft handheld. Which has yet to be named. But I am aiming for the Mini-Box or XXP (XboX Portable).....
And the funny thing you can dowload games already on PSP 3000. Like the PSX classics. Metal Gear Solid, Resident Evil and my favorite which I got. Final Fantasy 7 (the greatest FF of all time)

It is surely because you have to download the games because it's not having umd so you don't need to like hack it you just find games on the internet and then put it on adjustable memory on the PSP Go! It is even more easier than the older PSP.

It has a 16Gb FLASH hard drive. That amount of flash and it';s amount of ram should be able to watch videos this time since no psp out there has a flash hard drive or a hard drive in general.
The PSP has done video since it came out! Google "MediaCoder PSP Edition". Convert any video on there you like with your CURRENT PSP - for free!
So of course the PSP Go can do it too, because the original PSP has had that feature for YEARS now. This is nothing new, so stop pretending that the PSP has had no capability for this.
But a big enough MEMORY STICK. It can be 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, whatever. Load movies onto it. Exactly the same as using the internal PSP flash.

Hay all, NO UMD and a much liter case should mean "less cash" but more money you will spend to keep your games on chips in the long run, plus everything else cover wise you will have to buy again.. I say buy the 3000 it has brighter 3D color then the fat boy, and very lite too and built well!. But the Fat Boy is much louder. I have a 3000 and the Blaze Case, but buy the rubber cover for your 3000 so it stays in the case and wont fall out, and when you pull it out, it's safe already too. It's EZ.

no point in getting a PSP Go if you already have a PSP 1000, 2000, 3000. if you don't have a PSP buy a PSP 1000 or 2000 for $180 instead of a PSP Go for $250. i have a PSP 2000 and i am sticking with it.

The ps3 is only about 100* better than the wii. Enjoy the same IPs for the rest of your life!
When the ps3 motion drops it will be 150* better because it kicks the shit out of the wiimote even with motion +
In every way the ps3 is better than the wii!
The DS is cool - but so is the psp! How do you know the sound will be horrible on this model?

Sony are stupid for not making certain changes to the console.
A 2nd nub, touchscreen, bettter mps/video sound quality - i mean ipod level music player ect
Ideally it should also have a messenger service between pspGO users, full skype support and other features that would make it a must have console.
Also 16gb flash memory seems way too low - it should have been 80gb (especially for the 250 price tag)
Im sticking to 2000 until they add at least the first set of changes i listed

are u serious 80gb in such a small device thats retarded, it may have a low 16gb in your opinion but you can buy like memory sticks to improve on that or if like ps3 change the internal memory , and it is going to be very simular to ipod touch as they have stated

I have an ipod video which is 80gb. But if it works in conjunction with memory sticks and being able to upgrade the internal memory - then thats great!
Hearing about the sound improvements is awesome too - but without touchscreen and a 2nd nub it wont make me put down my itouch and psp2000!
