I disagree on the whole resolve issue. I found it liberating and actually really needed to let people know what I'm doing it, why I'm doing it and what people to feel my resolve about this goal.

But I do agree, that if your somewhat easy off your game, that it might be bether not to tell others.

funny video. However I do disagree with Jason. I think the New Year Motivates people and motivation is always a good thing. I don't see any harm in voicing your goals. I used to always keep my weight loss attempts to myself, and when I wouldn't succeed, no one knew. But now I have shared it with my mom and sister and they decided to join me and together we are keeping each other accountable and I have been doing so much better with their help. This wouldn't have happened if I kept my mouth shut

I lost 140.0 lbs in 2009 :) Next stop goal weight which I need to lose another 62 lbs to reach. I will make that in 2010. 2011 will be the body fat year, to reach 15%.
