Mariah had an incredible voice, personally for me it's not technically as good as Whitney's but she was still an amazing singer, and one in a lifetime. Her voice declined immensely though, as did Whitney's. though I think mariah's decline was because of her bad technique, and not prompted through drug use.

The bassist, Michael McCray, stopped touring/working with the group because of his back problems. The other three (Shawn, Wanya, and Nathan) just released a new album titled "The Rememdy," if I'm not mistaken. I've heard some of the clips, and now it's more of the mainstream rap/R&B that's talking about women all of the time, which makes me very sad.
