BUT at the end of the episode wanna know what happened?:

for the second time G'Nort tried to lick batman he said that he told him before not to lick him but when the screen blacked out: he licked him anyway!

despero is wrong: Hal Jordan didnt destroy himself he got inside the power ring which is later freed after batman defeated despero and after G'Nort made mogo return to normal by draining the battery!
