The "cool" feature in my opinion is bad for all Parappa-related games. It expects the players to memorize the sound-byte keys while in "cool" mode. What should have been done is that there should be a button guide for each words so that memorization isn't needed.

Long story short, "cool mode" is garbage. I'd rather watch and play the "good" performances of this game.
