I use doubles for the normal cascade and I think that will be easier since it's less spins. I would not suggest you do triples but if you feel comfortable with that maybe it will work fine for you?
question: do you ever use triples in 5 club cascade? i m practising 5 clubs at the moment, and i thought that doubles are usual. what is your thought about that, should i learn 5 clubs the way i think its better for me (if i feel comfortable with triples) or do you think i should learn it with doubles?
THANKS!!!! I flashed it the first time after 2 years of practice, just 3 days after seeing this video. I used the tips and I DID IT!!!! So: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! (yes i'm excited)
Really nice tutorial and great tips as well. :) I have been thinking of putting in some effort in learning 5c bxx but I always feel that it´s to soon. That goes with all props and all numbers and all tricks. :P
@cirkuspeter Just the confidence if you don't stand a chance. :P I most say I have tried it a few times and I have flashed 3 bxx to catch last fall or last summer.
@cirkuspeter I finally put some time into 5c bxx and have flashed it back to cascade a couple of time. The problem that I'm usually having, is that the clubs goes backwards so I have to walk backwards to catch them. The times when I have flashed, the throws have been perfect and going forward. Any tips on how to think to make the throws go more to the front? I do bxx on doubles.
Well done, Peter! 5 club backcrosses is definitely one of my favorite tricks when it works. I actually do a lot of these same drills when I'm warming up for them.
@TommasoPozzetti Anthony Gatto has one also but if I remember correctly, this one has more exercises then Gatto´s. If you want to find it, you can search on google for "Anthony Gatto videos" and you will come to his mac-page. On top of that page there is a link named "Anthony Gatto's Learning Center". There you will find his tutorials including 5 club backcrosses.

@lizardmen123 How come it took so long to flash it?
masterlegend10 1 year ago
@masterlegend10 Because i suck at bxx. I'm a number ball juggler not a club bodytrow juggler.

Awesome! I'll keep this stuff in the back of my mind for the time down the road when I am working on this.
I may work on some of the 3 or 4 club exercises anyway though.
