AND WHY LEARN LATIN???? I have been arguing with a soccer pal who wants to become a teacher of Latin!!! I told him not to waste his pupils' time with Latin because English is the language of this world and no foreigners become real new potential conversation partners. 2nd foreign languages as an obligatory subject should be abolished and boycotted, but Marvin wants to wreck the nerves of his future pupils, shame on him!!!!
I'm the teacher of this class but i was in charge of the cam. the one you thought to be a teacher is actually one of the members of the class.. this is an intermediate level language class...at Mugla university in Turkey.....
It's ok to have accents. I teach Spanish and English.
It is important to let your students know that accent is not equal to lack of fluency.
The more they speak and the more they are exposed to native speakers, the better their pronunciation will be. But most likely, at that age, accent will always be a part of their speaking. It's a matter of pronouncing words correctly.
well they need more practice thats for sure im not a teacher just its my first language and they have very deep accents hard to understand a word she let alone what he is saying
I'm looking for teachers of English as a second language to share video class activities ...my students level of english is from elementary to upper intermediate ...They are Economics students at university aged 17 plus
located in Turkey... I'm not in the video but their English teacher.. They are efl students and practising an in-class activity. supposed to be business English...take care
although I am brazilian and portuguese speaker, there is a special thing on english that I like so much, its economic form(shape). I mean with a bit of words you can express large words if compares to portuguese.example: mean=quero dizer(portuguese), though "quero dizer" can be written like "I want to say" and etc.
Amazing how people from other parts of the world find english a little challedging, but I probably couldn't speak their language if my life depended on it. No matter how many tutors I have.
No, not really, he is just one of the students in teh class leading the group activity in which the techniques of the promotion of a new so called tennis racket into market. However, it may be difficult to notice that...I'm his teacher, though..
The students in this class have an Upper Intermediate level, I'd say. But the sound quality is quite bad, so it's hard to tell. The student dobbling up as the "teacher" makes a lot of mistakes though.
they are all from turkey from my country they speak english so good But it is a little bit funny especially the student who dresses up as a teacher he is so funny :)
Having read all these comments and being as the unfortunate teacher of the class you happened to watch here on youtube, from your point of view, I felt obliged to write something here. This is a class of Economics department students of Mugla University. The one who is talking is leading a business case study merely to improve their English speaking ability. It's a business case based in their class book. (part one)
Thank you very much for your comments and they give me sort of feedback. Isn't it great that you do a language activity in the class but you're here comments from all over the world? Despite everything I believe they are doing great job. To view more videos, please click turanderen on the page you view the video.

Hi,
I'm looking for teachers of English as a second language to share video class activities ...my students level of english is from elementary to upper intermediate ...They are Economics students at university aged 17 plus
turanderen 4 years ago
Did you set up the activity, in order to record it? Or did you just happen to record it?
There are many activities one can do in class, depending of the goal, of course.
Do you have to divide your class into separate groups, based on their proficiency levels?
