It's ok to have accents. I teach Spanish and English.

It is important to let your students know that accent is not equal to lack of fluency.

The more they speak and the more they are exposed to native speakers, the better their pronunciation will be. But most likely, at that age, accent will always be a part of their speaking. It's a matter of pronouncing words correctly.

although I am brazilian and portuguese speaker, there is a special thing on english that I like so much, its economic form(shape). I mean with a bit of words you can express large words if compares to portuguese.example: mean=quero dizer(portuguese), though "quero dizer" can be written like "I want to say" and etc.

This is a class of Economics department students of Mugla University. The one who is talking is leading a business case study merely to improve their English speaking ability.
