Sure I think a re-vote would be the best way to make everyone happy, and really put stronger legitimity behind the nominee. But Hillary says the Obama campaign has refused a re-vote in Michigan (I don't know about Florida), I don't know what the exact details are. But if Obama continues not to think it is fair that there to be a re-vote, then I think obviously all the Michigan delegates should go to Hillary, cause she didn't remove her name from the ballot.

Nobody can just like "guess" what the Michigan results would have been and negotiate somekind of compromise on the amount of delegates that should come out of Michigan to each camp. That would be totally ridiculous considering Michigan is 155 delegates and that's about the difference between Obama and Hillary's current delegate count excluding Michigan and Florida. So if Obama doesn't want to let the superdelegates decide who should be the nominee, he should publicly say he's ok with re-vote.

Well taking the correct moral decision is what the re-vote would be all about. I don't think it would be totally fair that Obama get 0 delegates out of Michigan, cause the decision to remove his name from the ballot might not have been his own but from his campaign manager or something. In fact, one of her campaign aids voted at the DNC in favour of the resolution.

She only changed her mind AFTER the results of michigan came out.

So, I think that if the votes count, that would be just plain cheating.

Michigan and Florida delegates were said to have been removed ONLY with the purpose of not having those states vote early and thus somehow influence the rest of the race. But you have to look at it simply from a democratic standpoint, what is fair, what is democratic. Everyone vote.
