its lipsung to produce the same tune effect as the original. At a big event such as these they need to portray the song as its heard on the radio to get more people interested in the song. Theres too much room for error if they dont. I mean isnt this obvious? Why ask questions about that

Why do some artists insist on lip sync'ing at live events? I hate that, makes me think they're a hack and a total studio band.  I understand it's techno music, which is heavily produced, but c'mon, sing the song.
