As Christians would say that God loves the sinner but hates the sin and it is true in Islam too.
Indeed, "The Loving" is one of Allah's names as He said about Himself: "And He is the Forgiving and Loving" (Qur'an 85:14). Love is just a word which must be translated in action and it becomes obedience in the case of His creation, human beings, and mercy in case of the Creator, Allah. You can see that when love is translated into action it is mercy and His mercy is unconditional.

Ilah is the Arabic word for god..not Allah! God gave us his name in Exodus 3. 14 God said to Moses, "I am who I am .This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.' 15..
