You gotta assign your sound to one of the mixer channel then go on that mixers effect slots and select "fruity free filter" and turn the "type nob" till it says low shelf.

@DJBLAHBOI What I do in FL Studio is make the melody, then cut the notes you want low shelved out of the first melody, clone massive, add the low shelf on the second massive, then put the notes in the second massive. I use the same technique for different speeds of wobbles.
