  • Enough power when i need it.

  • I got one just like that, i love it.

  • What is your mpg city?

  • its a 2003-2004 expo i cud tell by the loggo

  • @hovik1996 no it's a 2005, check the title of the post!

  • the 2003-2006 Ford Expedition was assembled in

    Wayne, Michigan, United States

  • @Annihilator1111 Okay, your point?

  • Looking to put a dual exhaust for my 2008, can't find any bolt on kits. Not much offered for the expedition. Was this a custom exhaust and if so where did you have it done. Would like to talk with someone who actually knows what they are talking about when it comes to exhausts. Not sure if exhaust changes will require other mods that would need done to compensate for the extra flow.

  • @MBZDriver Unless you want to change the headers, remove the cat's or make it dual exhaust, you can cost effectively pull the stock muffler and throw on a flowmaster 2 chamber or similar for under $300 if you stop by any muffler shop. The Flowmaster was under $100, and the labor was $150, which is all I did. Now if you want to make it dual, with my estimate you will only get maybe 2-5 extra horses, it's my opinion not worth getting rid of spare tire or routing out the sides!

  • How much do you think I'm pushing? I have an 05 expedition too with underdrive pulleys , troyer efans, K&N cold air intake, highflow cats, magnaflow exhuast, sctxcal 3 with custom tune for 89 octane.

  • @EMendoza499 I would say 15-25 HP more, but I can't be for sure. My tunes are for 87, 89 and 93, plus I have a tendency to break my vehicles in harder, which seem to generate more power. All my past 5 vehicles, I bought new, broke them in and always noticed I had better performance than a matching vehicle! I was planning on doing the fans and pulleys when I did the Whipple SC, but I never had the extra cash to do it. But still love it, wouldn't trade the EXPO for anything other than a new EXPO!

  • @OFREI honestly if they would offer these with an optional 6.2L...i would sell my cars and just go balls to the wall with one...i miss my old expedition :(

  • @ADD8oi It's a great vehicle. Hopefully in the near future Ford will offer, as they do the 2011 F-150, the 3.5 Eco-Boost & 6.2L on future Expo's!

  • anybody who is talking shit about expeditions can go suck a dick. what do you drive? a honda civic? fuck you...

Fords are built TOUGH. Proud owner of a 2006 Explorer, 2000 Expedition, and a 1998 Expedition (164,000 miles)

  • @Tim102024 so true

  • 4x4 ?? truc??

  • 4x2

  • '

    oh nooo,,,

    what happen to this SUV,,,

why this SUV do not have 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights for turning sign and emergency parking lot

  • wrong country, this has stock lights

  • OFREI,

    '

still poor design and not safety

  • okay, whatever you say . . . there is nothing poorly designed about this truck!

  • thats a nice expi dude< good job

  • @farazfromla Okay jerk off . . . Blow me!

  • @OFREI don't worry about these clowns with dumb ass comments like that. Clowns like farazfromla are just looking for a little bit of youtube fame so they can get people to click and check out their boring ass channels, lol! Or, just hate great cars from Ford.

Good Dyno run anyway. Have you done any other upgrades since posting this clip?

  • Hey it sounds good and I agree with others. I've owned American and Jap and the only thing I've noticed with jap is it's more expensive to fix! Hey was it 360 RWHP or at the crank and was sct just a programer or was it a company. I'm looking to find out how much I can get out of my 05

  • I wish it was RWHP. It's at the crank. It actually runs faster now than it did when I did the work, but because of gas prices I have it tuned for 87 octane instead of 93, so I have probably 20 less HP. The tuner is SCT, they now have more up to date programs. When I bought it, it was one of the first made, and then I had Steeda do all the custom tunes. Still love it, and beat on it daily!

  • ford---

    fix

    or

    replace

    daily

    :)

    just kidding

  • Do I know you? Funny thing . . . I've owned it for 5 Years and knock on wood, no problems with anything, I beat the piss out of it daily and it actually runs better and better everyday! I wouldn't trade it for any SUV, matter fact I'd rather drive it than most cars. I'd still rather have a Mustang GT500, but road trips I'll stick with my EXPO!

  • FORD=

    FIRST

    ON

    RACE

    DAY

  • wow

    yeah is perfect

  • I like this car & I have one.

  • nice exp

  • how much did it cost you to do that shit bro, cause i have an 03 epedition eddie bauer 5.4, and i race it all the time here, and so far in a drag it beat a 2003 320 s class, a 2003 avalanche, a 2003 explorer. The only car i lost to so far is a denali, how the hell can i push my car even more bro?

  • Where is "here"? What times are you pulling? And, what kind of mod's have you done? I brought mind to Steeda, Pompano Beach Florida, and spent a little over a grand with the flow masters, cold air, programmer and dyno. What actually is killing me off the line is the 20" wheels. I'm considering putting 4:10 gears, compared to the 3:73's now, but the job costs more than a grand!

  • lol wow actually here is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, i know its weird but im actually here cause of the job n shit, honestly there have been no mods to the car, its straight up stock, only thing too to consider is that in Saudi Arabia, cars don't need anything like smog detectors n shit like in the states that drain the cars power. Yeah those 20's prolly do slow you down a lot.but they look sick.

  • Also i wanted to ask you bro, this car has treated me pretty well so far like no problems n whatnot, however people here say that fords suck n all, if fords do "suck", then why is this expedition so good?

  • Some people are clueless, they think the Jap's are so great, but don't give American Cars/Trucks a fair shake. I've owned a '78 Ford Bronco, '89 Ford Mustang GT, and now own a '97 Ford Explorer XLT, '05 Ford Eddie Bauer Expedition and a '06 Ford Fusion SEL and THEY ALL have rocked with over 100K miles with NO major problems. I love my Fords, they have always been good to me and my family! I would NEVER buy JAP CRAP!

  • Yo man i couldnt have said it better, no one gives american trucks enough credit, just cause the japs can do calculations n shit doesnt mean they can make power. Hey bro i was wondering, what is the fate of ford, GM and chrysler now, they cant all go out of business!!

  • I have no idea, but hopefully they will open there eyes more, and realize they have to work smarter, instead of harder. The American people also need to step up, and buy more American owned/built cars, instead of just American built cars. Some don't understand the difference, and the ramifications of an industry that we built our country on. I wish I could go over there and help them run the show. I know I'd make a difference if they'd listen!

  • sweet dude, now I know what I gotta do to mine, nice vid!

  • This is my 2005 Ford Expedition on the Dyno at Steeda. I have installed Flow Master Exhaust, Airaid Cold Air Kit, SCT Tuned w/3 Tunes: 87 oct, 89 oct and 93 oct tunes. It roles on 20" American Racing Triple Threads with 3:73 Gears. Pushes out about 360 HP at the flywheel, about 60 HP more than stock.

  • what is your gas mileage like?

  • I have a lead foot. Probably one of a few SUV owners who want to race everyone at every light . . . so my gas mileage sucks. But when I'm on the highway cruising on the Florida Turnpike at 85, I get 15 mpg, if I drive at 65, I get around 16-18 if I don't gun it on the exit ramps or around slow drivers. In the city with my lead foot and short trips, it's bad 8-10 mpg, but again that's me driving! I've learned to accept it.

  • hey bro n e 1/4 mile track times??

  • Not yet, I've been waiting on the Remodeled Moroso Motorsports (now Palm Beach International Raceway) to Reopen, which should be soon.

  • damn dude 15 mpg? I got a expedition w/ tons of re-do's and i get 11 mpgs. lol close to a hummer :(

    I think it's worse...

  • Well normal driving for me is around 10 mpg . . . tooling around! It is, what it is!
