How many cops does it take for one thing. Thats why when you really need a cop they are no where to be found. I saw a old lady pulled over once and there was four cop cars there. How many cops does it take to pull over a old lady i guess it take 5 in boise. You know how dangrous those old ladies are they might hit you with there walker and try to run away. lol

I used to live in Boise,

Boise is one of the highest police per capita in the US.
