My new Hackintosh (OS X on a PC)

Yuck...I don't like the OS one bit.

I studied Contemporary Popular Music in college for 3 years. Two of those consisted of me using Windows XP for the technology and recording side of things - in my 3rd and final year they switched to Mac with Leopard.

Let's just say that was the biggest mistake since no-one knew how to use them except for wannabe hipsters (oh, look at me...I'm a Mac user, yeah...so cool) and it was a year of hell.

I have noticed that PC users will call OS X os EX when true Mac users will say OS 10

Is the Pentium 4 650 LGA775? It obviously is because you have one of the newer style cpu coolers and PCI-E X16 slots

@MixerVM It is a P4 650 LGA775 however the cooler on there came with a core 2 duo

I may be replying to a comment that's half a year old, but that was very much uncalled for not and the comment about OS X could reversed or applied to other UNIX/UNIX-like based operating systems.

Not here for a debate - just saying.

:( my bios is not compatible with mac, its an intel board and they practically have no options what so ever. Besides to change ram timings. (when I did it on my D845PEBT2 desktop board, any custom "elite" timings would result in many crashes and reboots"

The 650 is the model of the pentium 4. they had the 500 series which had 1mb L2 cache and the 600 series which had 2mb L2 cache.

And I know the x is pronounced ten but I still said x to make the mac fans mad.
