  • terrible form

  • alot of upper body but skinny ass legs lol

  • @bartolo204 finally a smart comment.. yes brotha.. this video was last year, this year working on it.

  • the weight is to heavy for you

  • @swagok23 not anymore i upped those weights. the video is like over a year ago.

  • Funny...your form is all wrong and you defend this. I think you have a false belief that size is more important than strength. I can swing my arms and curl 52.5 just like you are. The fact that you posted the weight for each lift shows that you are consumed in weights, not form or the optimization of muscle mass. This is probably due to you not being an athlete but in football and especially wrestling, you want to have the biggest output of strength with the lightest body weight. Strength domin

  • @TheRlb0304 athlete : ) in olympics, lifting, do they judge ppl on their form or the weight they lift and wait 2 secs? : ) i was an athlete and competing for 10 yrs.. strength, if you are strong, you can lift heavier. if you lift heavier you get stronger, simple.

  • you are going to broke your back .... I don't have p90x but if they show you to do this they are probably fu c k ing crazyyyy !!!!

  • @acidbabyblue01 its been a 1 year from this video. no back breaking, and lifting even more.. : )

  • Horrible form.come down with the amount of weight

  • yo dude I would pick a lighter weight and get the form down. You look like you might hurt yourself

  • my question is did you get this in shape from p90x or were you in same already and you look great bro

  • why don't you use lighter weights?

  • i have a question. i only have 15 lb. dumbbells....is it possible for me to get the same results u have with only 15 lb weights?

  • @the9thwardboy Nope you need weights that are a challenge for you. like 20 30 40 50 lb dumbbells.

  • someone is gonna get a hernia! juss saying!

  • @BeckyRGotSkills hahaha the best negative comment i have taken : )

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach No im not trying to be negative man, just saying that can happen. Sometimes you gotta have safety first, it looks like it's hurting you man! But your in great shape! Congrats (:

  • @BeckyRGotSkills babygirl thiss an easy one: no pain no gain...

    or no woman no cry..

life is short, pick the one you like, and suck it long and deep...

(no disrespect sis, it sounded too funny this way to me, had to write it, thx for being nice, cheers! )

  • Your results make me depressed...

  • @Lvivske1 the results should make you motivated!

  • @Waderoberthiggins opposite effect!

  • @Lvivske1 Do you're best and over time you will see results. this guy didnt one day pick up some weights and become what he is overnight. :D

  • Your form is all wrong, man. And you call yourself a coach... *tsk tsk

  • @Niho10BiH wanna see other examples of bad forms from world class lifters? mr know it all how musch do you lift? thats the question. u cant build w/girl weights.. cant put the link here, just write bodybuilding in click the first link that comes up. all bad forms : )

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach Lmao I never said that I'm a world class bodybuilder. I lift weights too, properly. And I'm pretty sure using P90X won't make you look like no bodybuilder. ;)

  • @Niho10BiH I guess you didnt get my point... look at the "forms" of ppl who are doing this professionally. the point of weightlifting or fitness is not to get artistic points for yourform, but its to get stronger. lift more that you did before. check out the link i mentioned, watch arnold work. then tell him to lift less for a better form.. ull get my point. im not trying to discuss, or conflict, im trying to explain my point. independent of the form, im also not in favor of full range of motion

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach I understand what you're trying to say, but I don't think you understand what I'm trying to tell you. If you look at all of the P90X videos, they work with weights that they can lift. They don't strain themselves or put their bodies in jeopardy like you're doing here. More power to ya for wanting to get bigger, I'm just telling you that your form in this video is wrong.

  • @Niho10BiH if u have also listened to the p90x videos, at several places you will notice TH saying "forms not perfect but thats ok, not that much" thats where I operate. also consider different body types require nuances, ".. is a muscular guy, his elbows dont close..." again from the videos. and when you look at pros, they even let go more for the sake of heavier weights. learning something is different than adapting a technique to yourself.

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach *sigh* But if your form is all wrong from the beginning, then what's the point of doing the workouts? Without good form you're not getting the 100% benefit of doing the workout, It's like half-assing the the whole thing.

  • @Niho10BiH well I have won the $10k with this half ass, and my progress is on TV. why dont you send your full ass progress and we can compare how fast, and superior it is...

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach Did you win $10,000 'cause of your awesome form while you work out or because you look good without a shirt off? Look, moron... All I did was tell you that your form sucks. And it does. If you can't take criticism, don't upload videos on YouTube. And with that I bid you farewell and good luck.

  • @Niho10BiH none, I won because I borught results. Its a transformation challenge. I lost 42 lbs in 4 months. Check out the pics section. You are a moron if you dont get it: I said optimality does not require perfect form. You wanna be a form queen and get artistic points go ahead, you wanna get results be receptive. You watch fitness videos 2 days and you critisize someone who was an international athlete and FISA coach. Its like a primary scool kid critisizing a PhD. mr moron...

  • YOUR WORKIN HARD BUT YOUR FORM IS ALL MESSED UP DUDE!!!! YOUR GONNA END UP HURTING YOURSELF!!!

  • @StevenM92 yes , i use both. try a couple of them and test. for preworkout, different brands have different effects, find which is gonna work for your case. start w/the more highly rated ones.

  • Could you please upload the work out video. It would really help.

  • nice!

    but focus on the posture

  • It really looks like you are putting a lot of stress on your back to do those shoulder presses. Maybe drop a little weight and get some good form out.

  • Word of advice mate... no need to use such heavy weight on the tricep exercises. Why? Because they get worked out on the chest and back day and take waaaay longer to grow than the biceps :). Apart from that, awesome video dude!! BRING IT!

  • You da man!!! Oops! I usually save that line for Jason Croxford. Don't tell him, 'K?

  • Alt shoulder press is an unbelievable workout. You get the results right there! And kickbacks w 45lbs?? Sheeesh...

  • Body Perfection. Hard work and passion pays off.

  • bro thanks for the awesome video I tried this out today in the gym and it definately gets the results do you have any knowledge on the effects of dinking a lot of vodka on the results of a hardcore workout? people have told me that drinking kills the muscle development... is it true? thank you in advance

  • @rufus740 my brother... i was an athlete before fitness... machine wash not, tumble dry, row hard, as we used to say : ) anyways, ive heard all kinds of discussions sex is not good before race, blah blah... unless its worls championship kind of thing, and consider in order to get there u get to become a real tough kid anyways over years, PSYCHOLOGY is the most important thing.. if something will relax you, and motivate the next day to bring it better, i say go for it. sex, loss of sleep whatever

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach of course u gotto be reasonable, but the thing is we have to live with this, fitness should conform to our life some, and our life should conform to it some.. extremes are not very good.. tonite im going out drinking, did 6 x 175 lbs on millitary press yesterday, made a good presentation today, so its my reward. i deserve it, thats all... : )

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach thank you

  • Turk i have a question, after you work out does the muscles you work out feel sore? like its hard to move them. or that goes away overtime as you keep on working out.

like for example you workout and the next day you won't be sore.

  • @yandelfan17 it would be very hard for me if it went away.. : )) i lov that soreness : )) without getting into much detail, as far as i know, the muscle building thri training is like this: during workout you denegerate, and cause micro scars in the muscle tissue, then in the recovery, regeneration, with protein there is construction.. this process will never change, so the soreness will not go away. most ppl use soreness as a measure of having a good workout or not. in cardio, as it gets

  • @drtorqueP90XCoach - lighter and lighter, you feel less and less sore after workout. so it's low intensity.. if the weights are very high (above ur normal weights), soreness will be higher as well..

also, if you dont workout for a while, u lose muscle and adjust, so even an easier workout my make you sore.. but that i think is a shortrun effect, it'd be compensated soon..
