They both live in different worlds with different laws of physics. Naruto has chakra and Drizzt has magic. Either of them would win in their own world. If Naruto fought in the Forgotten Realms settings, he would be useless, stripped of his chakra, same for Drizzt in the Naruto world. But if they fought evenly, no magic or chakra, Drizzt would easily win. Almost all on Naruto's moves take chakra while Drizzt's moves are from years of training. Fighting on Earth, Drizzt would win.
