15 yrs ago I ran 60 m in 7,68 sec, Then my teacher made me hate PE and 6 months ago I wasn't able to run even for 2 minutes. Now I've refound the love for running and practice it every week :)

Its great for running form. as far as all of you kids talking smack about whos faster, shut up. running is about improving yourself. question when i run i seem to run straigh but somtimes i feel as if my feet wana turn at a 45degre angle for a step ne tips on how to keep control at all times?
chicoice321, is your foot wanting to turn IN 45 degrees or OUT 45 degrees? This info will let you know if you hip abductors, adductors, external or internal rotators may need to be strengthened in order to correct your running form. IF it is a actual kinesiology issue...
It would be hard to say without actually seeing you walk/run to diagnose. You could be a pronator, if running ever gets painful you could see a podiatrist to get orhtotics. It also could be that your femurs are naturally externally rotated. If it is a muscle weakness issue, you could try strengthening your internal rotators/adductors. Ive also heard but dont know for sure that doing some exercising on a bike and tightening the foot straps so you cant rotate might help

My brother told me when i was about 8 or 9 to go to recess at school and run the whole time. When your ribs start hurting keep on running. It'll later help make your ribs be in less pain when your running for a long time. Also he told me to always push myself but not to where i fall flat on my face.
