@slippped Yeah dude i know its so great. Thats all that matters. I know metal drummers, most COMPLICATED beats. They think they're the shit, but they can't keep a fucking beat it's horrendous. mOst of what that guys is playing is pretty basic, but he had just enough spice, and it was spot on the entire time.

@erniesilk18 Funny you mention that. I had a friend who was a technically amazing drummer. He could play all the Peart stuff, and the stuff by the guy from Dream Theater. However, he couldn't keep a simple beat for a whole song. Long story short, he sold his drums because he couldn't hack it in a real band. There's also a story about Stewart Copeland of the Police, while teaching a drum clinic, saying "I'm going to do something now that 90% of drummers can't." He played a simple 4/4 for 2 min.
