i like the sound of the Vienna acoustics Bach grand in your opinion will they go with Cyrus equipment as i'm looking for floor standing speakers to replace my old bowers Wilkins. just to let you know i'm looking for a delicate detailed treble. deep base isn't really that necessary i know your equipment is high end but i would really appreciate your knowledge many thanks keen audiophile

Interesting! ive got FocalJM 816W floorstanders powered by Naim Nac152XS pre-Nap155Xspower amps,didnt really enjoy the result the amps seem to dictate the sound too much,ive since gone back to my old Audiolab8000C/P combo,gives the speakers a much better,more nautral sound.

I recently picked up a pair of Focal Chorus 807V brand new. They are a real natural ,and accurate sounding speaker. Maybe not the heaviest hitter in the low bass department, but great sound nonetheless ; )

One of my favorite arias, "O mio Babbino Caro" .. who is the singer? The Focals are captivating! Without any doubt, these speakers reproduce the beauty and harmonics of her voice, even through the losses of the microphone, and you tube, the music is still beautiful.

it´s not the record player that plays the song look in the begining the cartridge is on the side

It's because the record is the most expensive component in the whole set up.....would be awesome with floor standers like 1007be... great system synergy btw.

I always find naim equipment sound good in an all naim setup they also have a problem with cable other than naim.

hi nice minimal set up !!i have the same speakers set up to a cambridge audio 840a coming from a rotel rp-850 the speakers handle electronica very well.. but your deck spins me out lol , cheers

the amp in the video is an early nait 5, it is more than capable of rock in a small-medium listening area.

@jetbee2006 Naim watt is not as a normal amplifier watt. they are more dynamic and stronger than most amplifiers watt :)

hi yeah thx for the comment, however i have upgraded this setup alot since this video was uploaded, in fact both the naim & focals are gone now. you can see my new setup in my more recent videos.

I have never liked the Naim's look, it seems so "xbox". But the sound is great, no argues against that.

Naim does have an industrial & minimalistic outlook, but the sound can be very rewarding when paired with the right equipment.
