@jolangjolang because the man has a sense of humour and it helps him to see the light in the darkness of the deepest night, and the darkness in the lightness of day. He has had to, to survive and grow. Love the man and may he grow forever young in his life.

I like it a lot, but.. I believe it won´t be as succesfull of many others, because it doesn´t make the listener fly. Usually his songs start slow, simple and go growing in complexity, with added voices, and instruments, and as you listen you lift, and when it ends, you want to listen to it again, and again. This one doesn´t lift. It is too homogeneous.

Awesome! Trying not to get my hopes up for a new Cohen album. I want nothing more.... seen him in Tampa towards the end of 2009 and it just blew me away. Yes, it usually is the same show as you see on the London dvd, but the man will move you to tears....non-stop...if you're not careful.

This is great. I was at the performance, ( I believe it was me yelping at 2:10 cause this song really mirrored my current feelings) and altho I was only 20 rows back at Rosemont just didn't have the intimate feeling you got. You must have sitting in the first row.
