Yes I do know how to practice this form of Nei Kung but only at level 1. Level 1 takes 1-2 years to complete and that is meditation every day 30min to 1 hour per day every day. Its a special type of meditation and you must be very dedicated. I will teach a select few but you must PM me and their will be some basic rules to make sure that this great art is not stolen and publicly released.

yes! i just got this great book, as you breath in you condense breath towards your bones thats where the energy starts to form! so as you breath in think of an energy field compressing into the bone, take the energy and you condense it from around you, then you can "store" this in the belly area called the tan diem. but still you need like yrs of training to get like john chang!

As far as I know he has quit healing as well. He is getting really old and doesnt have the energy to heal any more. He does still practice nei kung though and does his meditations every day.

I started doing Spring Forest Qigong just a couple of days ago and I almost start to sweat and get heat flashes as I move my hand up on the moving of yin and yang exercise its amazing!!! I hope I can use this to learn how to do what Sifu John Chang does!!!!
