  • Thanks Bro! The weight amount is per DB. Not sure exactly what you mean about the rope? Am I using the rope as a second handle so the DB's can swing more like KB's?

  • Yes exactly. You can use a towel or rope for grip development also along with a kettlebell feel. This will force you to snap the hips to keep the weight parallel with the rope or towel. If using the arms, the weight will just hang.

  • Grueling. Are the weight numbers for each db or total of both? Suggestions: 1- Stance look's kind of narrow for your height which prevents your hips from opening up. Try the squats with the same stance of the swings.

    2-loop a rope through the db and do swings.

    I had some surgery a month ago and haven't quite come back from it yet.
