Can matter be created or is it just a nuetral or reserved force that needs something-like another form of energy to reproduce itself. for example, a light bulb that needs electricity to give off light? Can matter be rearranged or harnessed to conceal it's usefulness-like our brains chemical charges--energy that is locked inside the brain, but it is used fully when we try to think or perform it's many tasks...Can matter be destroyed? Ultimately, it will either rest or reform itself.
