There should be a new show called Dancing With Derek where he goes around the country teaching average people to dance for various reasons, like they want to lose weight, they were really sad and need something to lift their spirits, it was always a dream to dance...I always love to see him dance with pros and stars, but it's kind of cute to see him with everyday people.
@srayj That's actually a great idea... he could coreograph somebody's first wedding dance, prom, school talent show group, etc, etc. One story each week. Although, you know the real money is made when the public is involved (voting) so that they are engaged.... I don;t know how that could be integrated in that kind of format.
@larrecun I guess you're right about the voting, but I was thinking of this as a similar show to Extreme Makeover Home Edition and how each show is a different story. As long as the stories are moving and sweet, I think people would be engaged. Plus it would have Derek!
