my 80GB Hard Drive had bad clusters and I ended up moving the files (branches) and directories (trees/folders) to my 1TB Hard Drive and I reformatted my 80GB Hard Drive and Windows didn't find any errors. Plus the odd thing is the hard drive didn't click at all. My 13.5GB Hard Drive has bad clusters and clicks the night away, even after a reformat. Time to do a Chkdsk on the 13.5GB & 80GB HDD after a reformat to NTFS.
