  • ...Time of you're life huh kid ?

  • Best song on the soundtrack. Masterpiece.

  • Rebecca Demornay is a dead ringer for Hilary Clinton (But Rebecca is better looking, way better) if they ever made a Bio movie about her.

  • zzsst

  • Porsche....."There Is No Substitute"

    Who's the Uboat Commander?

Are you ready for me... Ralph?

  • can you feel the train rocking man what rush.Great movie and 80 were something else.

  • Epic scene with music in the back ground...

  • There is no doubt in my mind that this melodic sequence in conjunction with no dialog, but only expression made this film as memorable as it is.

  • I love Tom Cruise!

  • I miss the 80's too....i miss that atmosphere....i miss that magic when everything was new and fresh....and the world was full of hope...and dreams....

  • @milunkukalj9 it still is, you just have an old spiritl

  • @bettydaw1970 ehh...maybe too old....

  • @milunkukalj9 Yeah the world seems so chaotic and dark now. This country has fallen apart and there seems to be no class. The world is very dumbed down.

  • the most erotic song ever!!!it brings memories!!!those years never come back!!!

  • this song just saved my life today 12/03/11

  • one of the most erotic songs I have ever had the pleasure of hearing, it makes me want to have sex with my lady , on a train, at night, Yum.

  • Awesome, awesome, awesome movie, ended up buying a Porsche (many years later) and got the DVD because of this, memories!!!

  • What a great movie, the soundtrack is amazing. I love tangerine dream, they have some great movie work. Their work on Legend was also amazing.

  • "NO! I'm playing cards Joel."

  • I was 20 when this came out. this movie is a testament to that era, and it still is one of my favorites, along with this soundtrack , the Porsche 928, and... Rebecca DeMornay!

  • Why does that cigarette look so huge compared to his head

  • @custardo1 the same reason why his sunglasses do so, he´s quite a delicate guy

  • Time of our lives, eh kid?

  • "Every now and then say 'what the fuck'. What the fuck gives you freedom. Freedom brings opportunity. Opportunity makes your future."

  • yup and yet most of you havent really realize how this movie was impacted during the 80's time period. I was young boy at the age 6 and I remember seeing this movie. I was totally awe at Tom Cruise acting skills. Mostly I love the car of that time, 928 Porsche. I'm investing to save money and try to get the exact car or almost the same car in the movie because it really did impact me how I drool that 928 and the soundtrack "Love on the real train".

  • Y'all have no idea how evocative this movie was for a kid like me. I was about 16 when I saw this, sneaked in and never forgot it. Rebecca DeMornay was one of the sexiest women of the 80's and the shower girl was like that quiet girl in the back of class that could blow your pants off when you saw her naked. Both women were the what you REALLY wanted in a woman, amazing in their own ways. Great movie...

  • @ripperduck this music leave me out of breath every time i hear it- there is somthing evry very very sad about watching this film, having lived through that time and knowing it will never ever come again

  • @OLDMANBADGER I'm just like you, music now reminds me of people/places, both of which I will never see again. It does make me melancholy....

  • @OLDMANBADGER

I agree I get really nostalgic for those days- this film is so representative of the era. I've always loved this music, very evocative. We all wanted to be cool like Tom was then. I guess we should be grateful we experienced those times. :-)

  • i got a bond at the bank

  • Very underrated movie soundtrack. A fitting tune for one of the more lasting memories of the transient 80's.

  • Time of your life eh Kid?

  • ... "it looks like the University of Illinois..."

  • sometimes you gotta say what the fuck

  • @columbia26 That was the popular slogan of the movie, I thought though "Joel" was included as the last word.

  • @columbia26 What the fuck gives you freedom,

    Freedom brings opportunity,

    Opportunity makes your future...

  • I miss too.....

  • I miss the 80's

  • @Rayman1070

    i miss da 90's

but i wasn't born in da 80's, i miss the 80's looks and styles.

  • @Rayman1070 Me too. I saw Risky Business when it first came out in a Drive In Theatre.Always loved the music.

  • @Rayman1070 I don't, it was the rise of conservative idiots...I saw what was coming and abjured all political parties AND religions. Because frankly they can't lie logically.

  • @GrigoriZhukov

It's funny when someone slams one side, but then claims to not be biased and secterian. How much you willing to be this clown is as religious as the rest of us, as well?

  • kinda had an early emo thing going on over there

  • good times
