woah leona lewis cover single 'hurt' jumped from number 63 to number 3 in the UK itunes chart in just a couple of hours, KEEEEEP DOWNLOADING EVERYONE AND REMEMBER TO DOWNLOAD THE EP, LETS MAKE THEM BOTH NUMBER 1 :P were getting there :D.

Wasn't sure about this at first, but it's growing on me. It's a shame tho that she couldn't have sung something a little more cheery, seeing as its Christmas and all!
But ah well.....she's still bloomin fantastic! I mean "Heck!" that voice!

no matter what she will obviously be slated for singing the hurt song that was sung by johnny cash and NIN, but she did have some emotion in that performance which was good. PLUS come on UK and IRELAND keep downloading on ITUNES leona lewis HURT EP and the single HURT, make them in the top 10 atleast :D her version of THE SINGLE hurt is 63 at the moment KEEEEEEEP DOWNLOADING the hurt single is currently number 63 in the charts CMON.

Leona's version is good but if you want to hear the sheer raw emotional power of this song from a female perspective check out the amazing Camille O'Sullivan, who's been featuring it as a showstopping part of her live shows for the last 2 years

The only good thing that can come out of this performance is that it may hopefully lead some people to investigate this songs routes and come across the wondrous Nine Inch Nails and a great cover by Cash.
