I can't say for certain if it is really the plaintiff and his ex-wife commenting, but the person claiming to be the plaintiff was spouting very similar garbage in his comment to what the guy suing me said before, most of which isn't seen in the episode. If he isn't the plaintiff, the person commenting probably knows him personally.

That link was no longer valid, so when everyone at my new job wanted to see my Judge Judy episode, posting it on my YouTube channel was easiest. I expected it to be rarely seen like all my demo videos always have been. The popularity and response was unexpected.

Its sad this woman Michelle is really not telling the people out there the real truth about this case It was proven in criminal court that I never hit her car. My ins company found out she had several rearend ins claims. Ins adjusters concluded her car and mine never came in contact. Wish that I took this case to the local civil court, an this show boat woman would had to pay the $5000 I was sueing her for instead of going on Judge Judy Comedy Court I am glad not all courts are like this!!! @hynsterharley You are completely deluded and a liar! I have never had other accident claims, before or since. An insurance adjuster buffed the paint from your car off of mine, so there was certainly proof of the accident that your insurance saw first hand. You should be thankful we didn't end up in local civil court. Then I would have had to bring out all the evidence I had of your sorted criminal history, including domestic violence and refusing a breathalizer.
@hynsterharley I also would have shown proof you were suing me for lost wages when you were unemployed, and a number of other things that would have revealed more about your unsavory character. The arresting officer wanted to be my witness on JJ, but his supervisor wouldn't allow it. You can be certain he would have been a witness in local civil court. He only arrested you because you admitted to hitting me, and that's not my fault. You deserved what you got for the way you behaved.

I've been driving on the roads of the USA for approx. 2 years in the past(my job assignment from UK to US ) and I can confidently say that there are countless crazy drivers in the USA just like the idiot defendant. Something is terribly wrong in that country and with it's people..They eat too much junk processed food and TV dinners which ultimately interferes with their brain development making their thought process go backwards.

This case reminds me of my first auto accident. I was rear-ended by a lady at a red light. She was acting like it was my fault. There was no damage to my truck but her license plate was crumpled like a "C" lol. I let it go but I kinda regret doing that now because her behavior just annoyed me. oh well.

They made it look like I was shaking my head all the time, putting in reaction shots that were from a different point in time. As an editor myself, I can see just how sneaky they were with it. I drove cab. One night I had a passanger and was rear ended. The woman behind me took her foot off the brake after she came to a complete stop. No damage. No injury to any party. I told the woman she had to wait till the police, my supervisor and the taxicab police showed up. She was anger... miss my flight etc. and I just said if you leave it is a felony. The police came inspected damage declared it a "no accident" and everyone went on their merry way. No suit, no problem. Properly done.

That link was no longer valid, so when everyone at my new job wanted to see my Judge Judy episode, posting it on my YouTube channel was easiest. I expected it to be rarely seen like all my demo videos always have been. The popularity and response was unexpected.

Its sad this woman Michelle is really not telling the people out there the real truth about this case It was proven in criminal court that I never hit her car. My ins company found out she had several rearend ins claims. Ins adjusters concluded her car and mine never came in contact. Wish that I took this case to the local civil court, an this show boat woman would had to pay the $5000 I was sueing her for instead of going on Judge Judy Comedy Court I am glad not all courts are like this!!! M.H

An insurance adjuster buffed the paint from your car off of mine, so there was certainly proof of the accident that your insurance saw first hand. You should be thankful we didn't end up in local civil court. Then I would have had to bring out all the evidence I had of your sorted criminal history, including domestic violence and refusing a breathalizer.

@hynsterharley I also would have shown proof you were suing me for lost wages when you were unemployed, and a number of other things that would have revealed more about your unsavory character. The arresting officer wanted to be my witness on JJ, but his supervisor wouldn't allow it. You can be certain he would have been a witness in local civil court. He only arrested you because you admitted to hitting me, and that's not my fault. You deserved what you got for the way you behaved.

And as a nearly-new attorney, I can tell you that even if you were in crim court for this, it's because *you* were on trial - which speaks volumes to begin with - and further, it was NEVER *proven* you didn't hit her car, there just wasn't sufficient evidence provided of such. And you're just making the case that you sued her baselessly with this.

This case reminds me of my first auto accident. I was rear-ended by a lady at a red light. She was acting like it was my fault. There was no damage to my truck but her license plate was crumpled like a "C" lol. I let it go but I kinda regret doing that now because her behavior just annoyed me. oh well.

They made it look like I was shaking my head all the time, putting in reaction shots that were from a different point in time. As an editor myself, I can see just how sneaky they were with it. Not just with editing but the content that is cherry picked and how bias they are. The news is horrible. @Snake18921 Missing the light is why accidents happen, trucks buses coachs and work vehicles of all sizes stop at yellow or go slower than the limit, if they know the area is known for accidents.As they know 2 -5 minutes waiting is nothing compared to getting T boned and being paralysed for the rest of your life.Just saying get some patience an he did have his son in the car, that should have made him more cautious.

I drove cab. One night I had a passanger and was rear ended. The woman behind me took her foot off the brake after she came to a complete stop. No damage. No injury to any party. I told the woman she had to wait till the police, my supervisor and the taxicab police showed up. She was anger... miss my flight etc. and I just said if you leave it is a felony. The police came inspected damage declared it a "no accident" and everyone went on their merry way. No suit, no problem. Properly done.
