@DoctaRichiee It's fine for practice every now and then but it makes you lazy, you tend to slide your feet and drag on your knees when you shouldn't be. Practicing on concrete is what really helps make you clean because there's no give there's no room for laziness unless you want to get cut up.

This guy is cool, but he have many wrong points in his footworks for make a tutorial video, his position for the CC'S isn't good and his first step is a varation of a basic 3 steps and he dont know that and then the last step is ugly it's a parasit move for the footworks!!
