Well, there were things done by the German military that were inexcusable.. On such a scale, that could only be described as systematic.. The guilt therefore, is collective, and inescapable.. Soldiers are part of that which they serve.. They should have turned, collectively, and strung the criminals up, who gave the illegal murderous orders.. Soldiers are also bound, NOT TO OBEY illegal orders.. Or they become complicit to those orders..

Magnificent Soldiers, but no escape from that darkness..
