I myself slacked through Drivers ED so bad and passed with really only the driving knowledge I gained from video games. (I didnt even know when it was my turn to turn at a 4-way).. It took me a few years of road experience but im happy to say ive been accident free. (happy face)

This could of been a completey legal U-turn and the victim just didn't check for a oncoming car from lack of experience. This just shows our driver education system fails hard. The victim should of checked for another car knowing her view was blocked to traffic, and maybe the other driver could of avoided the crash better if he had been more experienced
