one thing that is nice to see is a younger guy with all this equipment and not putting it to waste. i know a lot of parents that buy kids big setups and they kids never turn away from the xbox so they sell it all on ebay for like $1/4 of what they got it for. not to mention this kid is practicing pretty good form for what i can see which will be great for him training alone like that
Nice setup you've got there! I've got an entire gym's worth of equipment, and I mean EVERYTHING, disassembled and in a store room in back of the shitty little townhome I'm currently stuck in. My evil ex wife got my house, along with the garage I used to train in. Problem with Florida is no basements! THAT would be ideal.
@halojuice00 i used to think so until you do it for about a year, i like going to the gym better because you can show up and be ready for work and come hoem to relax, i started to get really unmotivated telling myself of its just downstairs i dont have to drive as far i will just wait around and i just kept feeling like i never left home anymore. i started working at a gym and it felt the same way there, you work all day then try to workout and it feels like you never leave.
