I am only 14, but I remember asking my mom what Johnny Cash died from when I was about 7 or 8. "A broken heart darling" is what she told me. I'm not sure why I've remembered it, but it seems all too true to me.

I loved this song and I think they did a great job with the vocals. Eerily enough, I was just watching River Phoenix videos before this and when Joaquin got to the point in the song where he said "snowball" it made me cringe. I know it had a different meaning in this song but his brother died from snowballing heroine and cocaine.

The anniversary of his death was 17 years and 2 weeks ago ...Halloween of 1993. RIP River and much love to Joaquin as this must be a tough time of year for him.
