  • All this don't add up at all. Imagine a guy caught in the act of trying to bomb a plane or kill. You don't want him to be beating and you dont want him to be water boarded? U gat to be kidding me. Wake up from your slumber.

  • This lady who is making a lot of noise in here is noting without protection of other people. I can imagine that guy is free and how he will kick her behind like...This inhumane and I am against it!

  • He deserved it... i know it

  • Waterboarding is necessary what are we gonna do..ask the terrorist nicely to give us info..get real its time for people to open their eyes

  • bunch of gutless people. to say us on the we west are somehow the same as these fundamentalist psychopaths is ludicrous, we are far more civilsed.Far more than any radical religious preacher. sometimes people have to do things they dont want to do, if waterboarding is a means of getting important information about a terrorist strongholed, or plans for another attack, then its justified.

  • WHAT THE F**K??? IS THIS REAL??

  • Ok so we should hold the hand of terrorists with holding information that could save lives...give me a break liberal, that's why your not in power. If you were, our country would fold. You have to be strong and sometimes cruel to obtain victory, those pieces of shit accepted their fate already.

  • so should these people be put on trial for waterboarding this guy? the trial should not last long with this video evidence.

  • Much worse things are being done to Americans overseas. I agree that the US needs to stay out of other country's affairs but after 9/11, I say drop bombs on all of them. i don't feel chit for any terrorist or suspected terrorist getting waterboarded.

  • Perhaps these demonstrators would feel different if it was their loved one that was crushed or burned to death in 110 stories of burning aviation fuel & steel....

You want to talk about torture, how about knowing it is either jump from this burning tower or stay & burn to death.

    NEVER FORGET NEVER FORGIVE

  • @enyfd

    Educate yourself. That is all.

  • Don't want waterboarded? Then don't send your most retarded citizens to hijack planes or strap suicide bombs on themselves to kill innocent people trying to go about their lives. You don't want us to police the world? Then you step up to the plate and start cleaning up your own shithole excuse for a country. God Bless America.

  • you all are a bunch of bitches talkin about our soldiers like that. you think those terrorists are gona talk without bein influenced? we could just chop off their damn heads like they do us. or not get any information at all and let more innocent people die by these cowards. you all should be ashamed of yourselves. SEMPER FI!!!!!!!!

  • I don't get it, I mean why is it so painful? I mean it's only a few seconds without air... or is it the water going in your lungs?

  • If it save lives do it. Terrorists get what they diserve

  • pussies ass liberals

  • screw it if water boarding saves one american life i say use it

  • People are so gay

  • id fuck that bitch up she tried that on me

  • it's the most modern torture we have.

  • I'm a liberal and this does not seem to be torture to me... I guess I have to go through it to know exactly

  • You left winged liberals forget that the information the alleged criminals are withholding could save lives. Don't call it torture, its simply an advanced interrogation technique.

  • They forgot to pose for pictures with him and then get them leaked ;)

  • Id rather just see them dead. People when we catch them, interrogate them in the field, pull out fingernails, cut them whatever you wantthey dont make it to guantanamo. Problem Solved:)

  • anyone who disagress with waterboarding terrorists in guantanamo bay is an idiot it is thanks to the info the bush admin got in 2003 that got the search started. and yet obama disagrees with it EVEN THOUGH ITS THANKS TO THAT HE GOT OSAMA!

  • Damn hippies!

  • Why was the guy gagging initially while the towel was still dry?

  • waterboarding is supposed to be torturer.that's how u get shit done! Im glad they waterbord those fucks in Guantanamo Bay.

  • This was hardcore, guys usually last a couple of seconds

  • BOYCOTT TUCSON AZ THEY KILLED MY DOG SUKI ON 1/5/2011

  • why is torturing not allowed in courts? because its admissible the confession is invalid if you torture a person he or she will say anything to stop torturing i know i would

  • for the greater good

  • @BEN1969350, I have great respect for the US military, now all that technology and Air force you guys have is being paid for the same money which is being taken out of places like Flint, Michigan which quite frankly looks like a third world country. I had the great oppurtunity to see the entire US I went from New York to California by Greyhound twice using both routes so I literally saw the US, I have family in CA.

It is unfortunate what is happening to the US today, loss of jobs, war etc...

  • @BEN1969350....Yes you have the most powerful military, however the US puts limits on what Japan and Germany can achieve military wise even today. Now US vehicles are not the greatest we all know, except for Cadillac and the SUVs, of course your president must be escorted in the best of SUVs and Cadillac limos, other than those vehicles the US cannot even compete with Japan and Germany in that sense.

Now what would happen if Germany ceased making vehicles and concentrated on their military? hmmm

  • @mercedes1benz1 lol seems like that has happened before but the details are slipping my memory....fail

  • fake and gay

  • there protesting by doing it in public.. suuure

  • lol gay. That's not how it's done. The first 20 questions you ask them are one's you already know the answer to. That way you know if they're bullshitting you.

  • @darkling9109

If you're using torture you will never know if victim of your torture is "bullshitting" you. That's the second problem with torture, the fact that tortured people will confess to anything to get rid of the torture. The first problem with torture is the fact that it's inhumane, cruel and barbaric. If youre country behaves as bad as the terrorists, why should anyone support either your country or the terrorists?

  • Stupid american bitch.. typical whore.. she should be shot and tortured badly

  • fagot Liberals

  • so people that are known to kill people that volenteer protect our country" let alone want YOU dead, because your differnt from them" should be allowed our pitty.... they should die before that happens

  • am i the only one who wants to punch that woman's face ???

  • @gs4iphone I would also like to give her a shot or 2

  • i do that to myself in the bath !!!

  • It is torture, Ive had it done to me before, and its scary as hell...

  • this isnt water boarding. waterboarding is when you strap someone to a stiff board and drop them head first into a 55 gallon drum of water until they stop thrashing. then you lift them out, revive them and ask if they want to go back in.

  • Comment removed

  • sick bastards

  • is this safe to try on my mate ?

  • wow fuck these people. what dicks. whoever thinks waterboarding isn't torture needs to experience it themselves and then say its not torture

  • Thats fuck all fuckin pull their skin off it It saves 1 of our civalized white people!!

  • if thats really how they interrogate then thats fucking stupid because the prisoner cant talk while being water gaged

  • @idonotwastenames It is not that quick. The interrogators want to break down your psychology fast but it still takes some time. My personal favorite is sleep deprivation. It is a process of questioning. It works because if I drown you over and over and over I will break you. Problem with that is you will tell me anything not to have it happen again. Also real life you would be naked that's another process and playing weird fucked up music is apart of it to disorient you.

  • What I don't get is why not just show it, the whole skit added onto it just takes away from the message.

  • I would rather be waterboarded for a few minutes than lose a loved one for an entire lifetime.

  • These ppl are dicks

  • They should try lemonade or fruit punch boarding instead, I think that would be a little more pleasant

  • @jmasta3000 the lemmonade would burn like hell!

  • Wow that was gay. YOU LIKE THAT?!? I don't think it's touture if you can do it in front of city hall. Also nice backwards baseball cap butch!

  • I don't care if this was done as protest, an example, whatever! I firmly believe that after the first time that guy really was begging to not have it done again.

  • Everyone, who thinks spanking is not torture should have a session of waterboarding.

  • what makes the west better than the terrorists is that supposidly we are humain and civilised and dont engage in acts of torture. Or so i thought until i learnt of what these american imperialists are doing to people WITHOUT trial in guantanamo bay.

Jesus americans can be so evil. Nobody asked you to police the world.

  • @slikytom01 americans are just people like everybody else. Of cource people can be evil and it has NOTHING to do with nationality or race.

  • @slikytom01 Everyone is evil.

  • @monkeysdude2 Yeah but people like him assume that Americas supposed to be some sort of utopia where all good happens and the bad gets caught and yada yada yada. People take for granted the sacrifices America goes through just so they CAN comment on YouTube.

  • @slikytom01 We are only the most powerful military force in the world we do what no other nation can Protect Europe from hostile eastern extremests by the way your welcome because of us you dont speak German pussy

  • @BEN1969350 not really

  • @slikytom01 evil people are evil

  • @slikytom01 nobody asked, but they brought it on themselves, terrorists bombing anywhere in America and killing innocent people deserve this, they deserve less than this. just think what you would do if some terrorists killed your friends and family, then you really wouldn't want to torture them (sarcasm) these guys are lucky we're not killing them right away

  • @slikytom01 waterboarding rules! anything that protects our country from the scum that reside in the middle east is ok by me.

  • @slikytom01 I am a liberal and I am embarrassed by your conduct. Do you realize people have died for you to have the right to your demonstration? Torture? Go ask the families of the 3000 people that died on 9/11 by cowardess infidels that flew planes into buildings. Torture is innocently sitting on a plane knowing you will never see your family again because of some idiots religious agenda. Remember, Malcom X said, "By any means necessary." If this "torture" saved innocent lives, so be it!

  • @slikytom01 Yet you're probably safe in a home, with your family, enjoying the comfort of the life you live, But you don't like what it takes to enjoy those freedoms? Welcome to the real world. Freedom isn't free.

  • @slikytom01 your right noone asked us to police the world but last time we stayed quiet and did nothing while a murderous regime went around killing innocents it eventually led to our own people being attacked and killed.

We learned from WWII that ignoring other countries crimes only leads to our own people being killed eventually.

  • Although I'm not sure where I stand on waterboarding, I think these people are idiots. Hey let's TORTURE someone to prove it's TORTURE! Morons.

  • Fvck violence :c

It's not the citizen's fault. He may be from the middle east but I bet he has no business with the beheadings. Why are these people to cruel?

No to Waterboarding & Beheading. It doesn't matter which is worst.

  • this is fucken stupid. you would think that the army knows that they prisoner cannot talk for a while during and after the water boarding

  • look all you damn -------- ive been in the army for 13yrs a 3x iraqie and afghan vet. ive seen what they do to our fellow americans waterboarding isnt even close to what they do. get over yourselves. there is a bigger picture, F-----G P-----'S!!!

  • How can you fucking retards think waterboarding ISN'T torture?

  • @ZachCraft

I don't think anybody thinks water boarding is a pleasant experience. But there is a difference between sleep deprivation, etc - to pulling out fingernails, etc. Heck, many soldiers go through some training that fits some definitions of torture. This is where the argument of what is torture and what is semi aspectable *stressing* and "enhanced interrogation".

  • HAHA, do you notice that he starts to gag right when the cloth gets put over his face and before water is even poured.... I think that if this was torture than he would have given you those names hun.

  • wow, that shit is not torture compared to what we do

  • are you people fucking mental water boarding TERRORISTS is not torture if it saves INOCENT lives, but the people we used to do this to would just saw through your head while ur alive and breathing triend to get info from u or you know maybe just rip your fingers off or your eyes or saw half way through your head and just leave you there geting information. If you think ater boarrding is torture you can go fuck your self with the Taliban u fuckin fags

  • way to drink the kool-aid, asswipe. you proud to be an american? proud of what? you think you're bad or something? this isn't what america is, not what it was founded on. your propaganda beleving ass belongs as an underling of stalin. 9/11 happened for a lot of reasons you never knew, becaue you're uneducated. the next one is going to happen because of this torture and the way the war was planned- to fail. and YOU make it happen, jackass. try to learn, please, i know it's hard for you

  • waterboard cheney and see what he confesses...

  • @clamlaperable damn straight

  • @clamlapperable Join our facebook page. Investigate Bush Administration for war crimes.

  • ...

  • I believe it is well within my rights and moral code to defend my family at all costs. Oh wait.....maybe we should chop their heads off like they do to us......

I guess that would be better.

  • Now do this demonstration.Boil a pot of boiling oil and immerse a persons hand in it and tell me that waterboarding is on the same level of torture as the boiling oil..Let me know and them we will talk about extreme tortures

  • wether of not i would prefer to stick someone's hand in boiling oil is not really the point. the fact that this could be considered a real topic of conversation on this subject is. you are a sick person, and you need to reevaluate the way you're thinking, because it's people thinking like you are right now ( or 5 months ago, i guess) that's going to make all of this a whole lot worse

  • its water you pussies, get over it.

  • I hope you wacko demonstrators are proud of yourselves. Hmm, do you happen to remember how many American heads were cut off? It was a lot! Hell, I think they only used waterboarding on like 5 guys out of everyone they captured.

  • i'm gonna make stuff up to back my argument too! let's all act like we're informed and the government tells us stuff

    BOTTOM LINE:

    3k americans dead in 9/11

75k arabs dead in our wars

they're not going to forget any sooner than you are- - - i'm not trying to say whose right or wrong. it's just really bad for everyone- put down your flag and just be a decent person and don't presume to know stuff just because you liked the way it sounds. - that only makes you a sucker.

  • Looks awful. I suppose it has to be a tad less extreme than wearing black masks and video taping the hacking off of someone's head.

Wasn't there some video of a US soldier's naked body being dragged through a dirty town by a jeep?

I guess that's not as bad, either.

As for this video, I can't believe the person that was being fake "interrogated" was able to keep from busting up laughing at the whiny woman in the video "Yeah! You like that? Give us the names!".

    What bullshit drama.

  • Maybe it is OK to put the focus on waterboarding, but the U.S. tortured in many ways...sleep deprivation, freezing temperatures, all sorts of things. They felt that if something was not cut off and that death did not occur that it was not torture.

  • Quit waterboarding! Get a bucket with water and stick their head in it for real. Besides, the enemy doesn't play by the rules. It's WAR. There are no rules. Our image? You think the enemy is going to change their tactics because we look like nice guys? No, they're going to continue beheading our people because it GETS RESULTS. It instills FEAR and when your group is not as technologically or militarily capable en masse, you use FEAR to your advantage. I say they do it to us, do it to them.

  • I don't think a terrorist would asking if they can go home is such a manner,

I also wonder if this as painful as being beheaded like an American soldier was on video and then have the video circulate the web,

I never saw any of these people cry about them being beheaded.

    Makes you wonder huh?

  • Its torture, its not torture, blah blah blah

You are all eating it up, they want you to argue, dont you guys realize that this is just another ploy to destract your attention from something else? Like the red, white and blue cock you're getting fucked by everyday. They make you focus on one thing so then can slip something bigger by you.

  • clearly FAKE plastic in the towel, the dudes face is DRY. waawaawaa 3 people were waterboarded. how many innocents had their heads cut off by these bastards. take your pick us waterboarding or yer head chopped off. waawaawaa

  • it is a wild thing to do .

  • Waterboarding is torture, US executed japanese solders practiced waterboarding torture. Thus why should US be except from this conclusion? because it saves american lives? I suppose japanese soldiers didnt do it for intel but just for shits and giggles?

  • the counter arguments i have been hearing is pathetic. People are flipfloping on arguments to save face and to preserve the image of america. What you do not realize is that the noble ideals of a once great nation is reduced to a fake hollow shell of its former glory. What is important is how you act, not what you believe and preach.

  • Ok, I will entertain the idea of valuable intel that may save lives. I am Canadian btw, and had always been a strong supporter of USA. To me, US's name has become synonymous with TORTURE over the years. This is a scary thought for me, I cannot even begin to think what other nations with less objective media sources feel about USA.

I developed this perception mainly through two things. One times article I had read a couple years back, and the recent waterboarding.

  • Being a bit of a HOMOPHOBE, I read a article where guards mistreat prisoners and forced some guy to suck his friend's c*ock. My affective sides hate homosexuality, but my rational side triumphs, I understand and I respect rights of other people.

To put things into perspective, imagine you really were innocent. Now take your best mate, and someone blindfold you and force you to suck his d*ck. That would probably gross you out, and it had the same effect for me

  • My doctor instructed me to squirted up my salt water up my nose around 1 cup of it to treat my allergy. Solution is mixed well and warm; actual cold water is way worse. The feeling was HORRIBLE but it worked well. I still put off the treatment even if my allergy was so bad. I cannot even imagine having it done to me blindfolded by strangers, yelled at, and at unpredictable intervals. Do it to yourself, its harmless, it will put you into perspective for those that see waterboarding as just a term

  • you think japanese soldiers 'waterboarded' US soldiers?

yeah, they waterboarded them-- they made the soldiers eat large quantities of dry rice, and then would make them guzzle water, causing their guts to bust open. they would also lock soldiers inside chambers, where they would test chemical weapons on the prisoners. waterboarding is conducted under heavy restrictions, with doctors standing by, and will never be fatal. it has saved us from an attack that might have dwarfed 9/11.

    its worth it.

  • Don't waterboard terrorists! They have the right to be aborted!

  • is this man dead? no. was he uncomfortable? yes. have American lives been saved due to water boarding? YES! so why do you people CONSTANTLY defend the "rights" of people who are more "barbaric" than the american soldiers? Why weren't you all angry when our American MIlitary was being water boarded? Why now?

I wonder if it's because you all despise the military; people whose lives are working for this country.

    ignorant.

  • You don't have the right to say that, it's up to the UN, if they say it's torture then it is.

  • ahaha. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY WHATEVER I WANT TO! IT'S THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! get over it. just because you don't agree with what i say doesn't mean I don't have a freakin right to say it. get over yourself. The UN doesn't run my opinions, sop i can have one if i want to!

  • This is the USA? That's funny I thought it was the internet :P

But yeah, you need to realise that everyone should obey the UN, it has international laws on these things and you can't disobey them just because you're America, that also goes for the UK which i'm sure is committing violations, and Israel and all the other countries out their.

  • I LIVE in the United States, don't be a smart ass. Everyone should obey the UN--yes, because they should run the world. Your comment completely ignored all of the FACTS stating that American lives were saved because of water boarding. You can't deny that.

and this has nothing to do with the topic, but learn how to spell and use proper grammar. it just makes you sound invalid.

  • I don't know if it has saved lives because I don't know the intel gathered from it just like you don't. Around 50 people are said to have died while under this torture.

Good job on attacking my grammer when in the same sentence you don't capitalize.

  • wow, you really showed me. I'm going to go cry in a corner because someone I don't even know attacked my opinion! booo!

  • I can assure you that man is in much more distress than merely being uncomfortable. The sensation of drowning is one of the worst feelings a person can experience. Whats worse is waterboarding is drowning someone.

I am not defending the rights of the terrorists, I am defending the rights of the innocent, as these agencies can just as swiftly use waterboarding on you, me, or anyone else if they chose to.

If this isn't outlawed now, whats to stop them from using this on us?

  • Is Waterboarding Torture? Stupid question, is drowning someone torture???

  • Small price to pay to save American lives. Funny to see the people fight for the rights of terrorists that would give their lives to kill you.

  • what a typical barbaric comment from a warmonger. america had no right to even be in iraq let alone torture ppl

  • Ignorance at its best.

  • what information?

  • They didn't really waterboard him. These weren't operatives who were trained in it either. This was a anti-waterboarding protest.

  • God I love how these dumb fucks dress up and try to act it out. If its so bad why do they sit and do it for everybody to see? Hell looks like going to a water park compared to what other people do. These guys make fools out of there selfs.

  • I think a man's voice would've made for a better dramatic effect - and it probably would be more compelling if the guy didn't begin gagging when they merely put the towel over his face before the water was poured.

After seeing that, I had imagined something worse.

  • Lets cut off his head and see if he talks. Then waterboard the head. Soups on!

  • At least they didn't cut his head off like the terrorist do! MORE WATERBOARDING!!!

  • Wow, the guy volunteered to do that and didn't die?

I thought it was actual torture!

  • If dude not breathing for a few seconds saves lives, then it saves lives.

  • bad bad bad bad bad i know is a actuation ,but look horrible for me yak

  • i wonder if they would have sawed the guys head off if that would constitute as torture as well... waterboarding may be torture, but we have to keep things on an even playing field. if our innocent people were captured and severely beaten then sawed in half to make a statement, who says that a slap on the wrist and politely asking terrorists to give themselves up will benefit us? waterboarding is torture and torture is wrong but it is necessary in keeping our citizens safe in wartimes

  • and to be honost this is nothing compared to how they reeally do it

  • here is what it comes down to. Waterboarding does not kill anyone. Thats why its called torture. Waterboarding enables the stopping of a plane headed toward los angeles. If your against waterboarding then you are basicly saying we should not put terrorists( people who's gole is to kill you ) out of there comfort zone in order to protect you.

  • If it works so well, why was Khalid Sheikh Mohammed waterboarded 183 times in ONE MONTH? (That's an average of 6 waterboardings a day.)

Moreover, why wasn't Hussein waterboarded for info?

The bottom line: torture is NOT a reliable means for gathering information. There are numerous U.S. generals and interrogation officials who will attest to this.

  • Two wrongs don't make a right.

  • but it might save thousands of people

  • War is crap. The military is cursed.

  • it made a right in WW2

    terrible, but true

  • I think someone who is responsible for dead Americans should be interviewed any which way or form that might lead to other terrorist that causes American deaths. If you had family that was killed in any of the attacks or in the military and came back dismembered u would think twice before attacking our finest form of government that protects us and our countrys best interests. Fool

  • right. so there is one rule for America and one for the rest of the world? if waterboarding was performed by other countries on US citizens we'd go all out war! the japs were shot in WW2 for using the technique. but suddenly its legit if the CIA do it? perhaps you & Dick Cheney should give try it if you think its ok.

  • Sounds like you want us to ignore rule of law and have the USA become one giant lynch mob.

Hmmm...what civilizations has that worked for in the past?

  • yes and no

  • yea i think its a form of torture

  • Yes water boarding can be listed as a form of torture.............if you are going to try to show peole what "Water boarding" is you should make a skit demonstrating it. What you did was to grab hold of peoples emotions by showing a graphic scene of what your impression of water boarding is??? when it is much more involved and much more fear inducing then what you were doing with much less physical stuff.............like tape and yelling and stuff....CRAZY.

  • you are all cock suckers and that nigger as a presedent can go eat a skunks ass hole because he is a STINKY NIGGER

  • Bitchtits you are a white trash piece of crap, learn how to spell you fagot inbred racist.

  • A truly wicked heart justifys any kind of tourture. Someday it will be you.

type in to google search; 1,000,000 civilians dead in Iraq to see wikipedia stats on death toll.

  • We don't waterboard Boy Scouts. These are enemy combatants and members of extreme terrorist organizations. We use waterboarding that doesn't kill them, they cut off heads. Waterboarding is mild compared to what they should be getting.

  • Have you ever heard of due process?

  • I sure have. If they're captured on the battlefield, they're given their due process... waterboarding until they give us the intel we need. You can't fight a war with one hand tied to your nuts. Stopping waterboarding will only force these people to be shot on sight, or after a quick battlefield interrogation. A rifle butt to the head is much worse than waterboarding.

  • Perhaps you need to look up what a Military Tribunal is. Our military (assuming you're an American too which does make me sad) has laws governing its behavior, and see these supposed enemy combatants are supposed to get their day in front of these tribunals. They haven't. Instead they're sitting in a prison for years and now, if they even HAD any information, it's completely out of date. Therefor the whole information extraction argument is invalid.

  • Secondly, you're assuming that everyone captured was "on the battlefield" and is already "guilty".

Third, I don't know exactly what "You can't fight a war with one hand tied to your nuts" means exactly.

  • First, get a clue. They have had their day in court. Don't you watch the news? If they're sent back to their own country they'll be killed. No other country wants them. So do you want them sent back to their own country? I could give a shit less. Send them back to their home country and let them be killed.

  • No I think it is *you* that needs to get a clue.

They have not all had their day in court for whatever charges they may have against them. Let's see sources for every single one of the detainees military tribunals and criminal trials. I bet you won't find it.

  • Perhaps you find ignoring the letter and spirit of the Constitution that we are supposed to be protecting acceptable, but I don't. Perhaps we should give up this Republic/Democracy and just do whatever the hell we feel like doing since, when push comes to shove, it's obviously not working for the neo-cons and people such as yourself. Why is it that people develop an attitude like you have, that is really traitorous since you're selling out the principals this country was founded on.

  • First of all, I consider myself more a patriot than you give me credit for. When it comes to saving hundreds, maybe thousands of American lives, I have no problem waterboarding anyone taken on the battlefield. Here's another clue, if they're shooting at you, they're enemy combatants. If our intelligence agencies or law enforcement finds probable cause to detain them, then waterboard their asses until they talk. If that makes me a "neocon" then so be it. But I'll be a live neocon. And you too.

  • Well, at what precise number of potentitial victims would it be okay to torture a suspected terrorist?

  • or lets jsut torture people who we think have info.

  • If we are going to tortue people from other countries. Then I want ever single american tortued by our U.S. government and other governemnets if they commit a crime. And im talking about regular crimes not just war crimes.

  • then your fucked up, because if someone steals a car, i doubt they have any real leads on a bomb threat to others. but then again, i couldnt care less, im not a criminal, so it doesnt bother me a bit.

  • Well, maybe an "ordinary" criminal has some info on other criminals?

Wouldn it be just easy to torture him until he sings about them?

Or wait....let's just KILL every single criminal who is arrested...suspects as well...let's just kill everybody...imagine all the peace and harmony on earth after everbody is dead...

  • Yes but if someone steals a car, their crime doesn't put thousands of innocent peoples' lives at risk... you have to look at the big picture here

  • BrandonmfReno was is the big picture?

if u are suspect.. you end tortured..

if you are a POW you can be tortured? WHAT THE FUCK? why?

  • Yea that's why i would never let myself get into that situation...

  • and how can you do it if you live in irak and someone deside that you got "face of terrorist"? it is ok by you if someone torture you or your family becouse they think that you got information? you was tortured ? you know how many people die or get mad under torture? you know why exist the "human rights"?

  • That was stupid no one get's waterboarded because they have a "terrorist face" Iraqis get waterboarded because they're arrested and taken to Guantanamo because they were associated with terrorists.

  • Oh, they were associated with terrorists, well, well...so as long none of your neigbors, friends, former lovers, coworkers, former fellow students is a terrorist, or suspected terrorist or spend some time in Afghanistan or Iraq everything is dandy.

Don´t you know that lots of detainees in Gitmo were captured BY RANDOM?

  • also, why would i want to befriend a dedicated jihadist? when we need information, hurt him until he speaks. its simple, and does the job. if i was captured by the enemy, and they were treating me nice and wouldnt torture me, i would never tell them the info. i would sit back, relax, sip my tea and smile as these idiots are rubbing my feet for trying to kill them... lol

  • so what about if a American commits a crime in America should they be tortued. of course they should if u can to it to different countries then we all deserve it too.

  • ok, lets not waterboard, lets stick toothpicks under their fingernails, break their fingers, cut them up, and all other things like that, lol. im wondering why all you douchebags have so much sympathy for the enemy who would cut your head off on a moments notice if they could...

  • if you are saying that, how about torturing criminals? would that be ok for you too, and if you say no, it means you are sympathizing with rapists, murderers and local terrorists??? criminals don't care about you too. your argument is as old as dirt, all those who torture use your argument to defend their actions including terrorists. beside how awful when some of those are innocent? and how about the many ways that can extract info without torture, like befriending them..etc

  • if the criminal has information we need then of course! depending on the level of the crime, if he stole a car non violently, then no, had a bag of weed on him, then no, raped and murdered a little kid, then HELLZ YEAH WERE GONNA TORTURE HIS SICK ASS!
