i shamefully only just really found out about the true extent of this mans genius, what a phenomenal talent. read an interview with an artist called 'jacko hooper' (who i also didn't know...) and he listed him as an influence, has a track called 'common sense' on youtube, well worth checking out if you want more beautiful acoustic vibes from a young man. Bravo Jeff
This should have 390 million views. What a shame that someone with so much true talent and ability can be overshadowed by such filth, ie Kanye, Lil Wayne, Rhianna, blah blah blah.
@raygabmiamizzi I am a o.k guitarist and I would love to be commited to his work. I just aint got the talent, but Ill do my best till the end of my life. I reckon Calling You s a good one!. but im just a year into jeff buckley and will explore his songs as much as you. ! keep up the sound of a muse Ray

@BigGreenHedgehog you said it brother, i feel the same way, this man was extremely pure, and that was easily heard in his music. he spoke of love and gracefulness, he maybe ``gone`` so to speak, but we will always have his music.
The haters are just immature. It's not their fault, they're just new to the planet, that's all. Jeff was tapped into something so visceral it was almost unbelievable. His life and music was and always will be pure grace.
When I hear this I feel both tense and relaxed, I feel calm and angst, it fills my soul with both happiness and sadness, he is a truly a remarkable being, and always will be.
"I couldn't awake from the nightmare that sucked me in and pulled me under" I can't listen to this song without thinking about Jeff's untimely death, and how prescient that lyric was... The world was robbed of some amazing music. What a shame. We love you Jeff..

His voice alone was an innstrument..not many people have that! This man has gotten me through the hardest of times just with his voice and lyrics. He is truly my angel!
@thekillers1293 He is no longer alive, but Chris Cornell is definitely a hero in music. In some ways Steven Wilson, and Thom Yorke are too. There are actually quite a lot of good artists, they are just very hard to find. Too bad Jeff couldn't have had a son, it seems the voice runs in the family, his father was amazing!
