I have the same truck dual exhaust super 44. It really depends on what kinda sound u want loud r louder. I want as loud as possible to turn heads so I went with the 44. I had the super 40 b4 wasn't to happy with the sound soil but it off and put dual exhaust super 44. Loving it!

@ Alex, queston, when you installed the 44, did the computer engine take some time to relearn itself for the idleing??? Please let me know. I installed the 44 and K&N Air Intake system, and my idleing is suspect at times. Thanks man.

I bought them from tirerack. c o m and chose them more or less for their price than anything else. I was blown away by how good they looked when they arrived though. if I did it again, I'd get the exact same wheels.

I wanted a loud exhaust I could hear all the time whether the windows were up or down and other people could feel it when I floored it, so the in-cabin drone didn't bother me in the least. If you just want some extra grunt when you open it up and to quiet down when you're driving normally, I'd go with something else.
@Jett0542 Cat back. If you want more performance, try and find a less restrictive cat. I didn't want to pay the premium for a free flowing cat, and I didn't want to cut it out completely and live with a "raspy" sounding exhaust, so I just kept it on.
I have a 06 Hemi with an after market exhaust. Sounds pretty decent. But i would like to get rid of the huge ass resinator toward the front.. Just not sure what size pipe that is befor i cut it off.. Still have the stock Y pipe with the converters on it. Just want the huge ass resinator gone.. Any idea what size pipe that is?? Thanks man.. And your truck sounds awesome.. Thanks agian..
i was gonna say shouldn't you open the garage door so people don't think you committed suicide? haha. Love the super 44 though. i'm getting the Super 40 with the straight dual pipes. I only have the SLT 4.7L Magnum though. Bad ass truck no doubt.

@crowbarmaster Of course the fact neither one of you are aware of is that this is a THREE door garage.. The door to the far left was wide open... And even if they were all closed it would take way more than 10 minutes to fill it up (it's a large garage).
@crowbarmaster But I should have opened it or had the truck completely outside for the sake of the sound. I would for sure do that if I hadn't sold it. The video I made to show it off for the classified listing has better clips of the exhaust in real life. I should probably link to it...
At first I thought this exhaust gave me a headache because it was louder than stock, and then I figured out it was because I sit in the garage and rev it up with the door closed!
get the 2 1/2 single in dual out or get two mufflers and 2 1/2 piping and maybe between 4-5 1/2 inch tips i would go with chrome i got the same set up as this guy
go with aeroturbine....theyre much better check my vids they actually add hp and tq and u gain atleast 3 to5mpg and cut the y pipe off and get 2.5 or maybe even 3" piping to go to the 3030s (3inlet 3outlet) and from there im not sure lol im still tryin to figure out how i want em run out my truck

man, he had that engine running for under 30 seconds, it takes 10 or more minutes to become posioned, Enjoy the smell of sweet exhaust buddy!
