ok there has been a ton of amzing incredible scences bettween chuck and blair but no scence is as powerful as the rooftop scence wen chuck is drunk. its like blair completley exits her normal personality and risks saying everything because if she doesn't chuck might jump off and shell loose him 4ever. the scence is just so scary, intense, sad and beyond emotional even up till were they are now (season 4) tht scence will always be the most dramatic.
