The game is a piece of shit.

Battle sequences ammount to smashing the A button, everything outside of the main quest is immaterial and you can literally sweep through the game using the first set of weapons you buy.

Not to mention the tepid story, glitch filled gameplay and pathetically hamfisted good vs evil personality dynamic. Oh, and the NPC interaction is a joke. I don't need to explain why.

It's designed to impress kids and it depresses me that someone as intelligent sounding as you could

@floppykid all the side quests amount to something. For instance, there is a side quest in which you can choose to save or destroy the temple of light. If you do niether then the temple of light will be destroyed anyway. If the temple of light is destroyed then oakfeild becomes dreary and unpleasent for the rest of your time in Albion. You can just smash the 'A' button but if you do then you miss out on alot, such as cool finishing moves and flourishes. Everything you said, i heard on a review.

Fable 1 pwned Fable 2 imo. You could fight with your eyes closed in Fable 2 and the final showdown was crap. Only thing that Fable 2 had were graphics imo. Good Review.

Fable 2 has to be the most dumbed down RPG in history. You don't have a magic bar so you can spam all the spells you want without any repercussions. They have the most retarded and awkward shooting mechanics. Lastly WTF is up with there being no epic boss fight at the end like on the first.

this game is set only 500 years after Fable 1 and you can turn off the bread crumb trail. You can also turn off the hints/pop up quests. I agree with most of what you said though although I would score it higher, nearly a 9, but then again I was an actual fan of the first one. it's cool how you weren't a fan of the first one but liked this one. that shows the improvement over the predecessor.

This guy obviously didn't pay enough attention to the story...Lucian's ultimate goal is definitely not to take over the world but to rebuild the tattered spire as to be granted one wish...to bring his wife and daughter back to life,and though your dog doesn't make a huge impact in the game, he helps you gain some cool items and fight enemies,and what people don't realize is, your dog is also a symbol showing your alignment in the game...anyone who watches this review should get a second opinion

It's so much better than the first and is a blast, there are a ton of things to do, from expressions, to collecting legendary weapon, to the combat (which is awesome now)

The game really only amounts to what you put in. The decisions you make towards the end really don't affect you if you haven't put much time into the rest of the world. If you have however, then the decisions you make will be more fulfilling and meaningful.

There is absolutely no benefit to:

- Property management

- Marriage

- Children

- NPC relations

- Character weight (not like you can lose weight when you get fat, celery is a LIEEEEE)

- Economy

Maybe you've figured this out by then but there is a little thumbs up on your d-pad that appears or you can get the book "come hither my dear." from the bowerstone market book store, making you learn the expression "come back to my place."

She'll normally go for it and she follows than go to your bed and pick between protected or unprotected sex.

my main problems.

1. They removed armor, and claimed to give the player tons of clothing options. They lied, theres.. what? 4 different sets of clothes?

2. you CANT lose, no matter what. there is no "death" in the game. you get knocked out, and jump up at full health EVERY time you 'die' with no penelty.

3. theres unlimited magic.

4. coop is retarded and bulky.

5. i was done with it far too quickly
