  • eggs, grain, cereal, rye bread, brown rice, fish, try to eat less greasy food. you'll see good results.

  • I guess im quite lucky in the way that the only thing i really drink is water. I cant stand fizzy drinks and most juices, unlike most of my freinds that live off it.

  • I've learned to really like water, I've been slacking on drinking it though cuz I'm a sucker for Pepsi and Arizona Tea but I usually take my water bottle everywhere I go, even in restaurants, that way, if you have a water bottle on the table, it'll keep you from ordering anything other than water......i always keep my water ice cold.

We all know water is a natural detoxifying agent for your body and cleans out your system. with the products in the market that promises slimming effect detoxifying and cleansing, still nothing beats the natural effect of water. Comparison between water, soda, iced tea, etc. water comes as the last choice but your video is a start of something different, something healthy and all naturally refreshing.

  • Hi Andrea, I stopped drinking tea - before water tasted horrible I couldn't drink it but now it tastes great and I feel much better without the caffiene in my system, I don't get stressed any more.

  • @meow0meow7 I think it depends on what type of tea and if you ut milk or sugar or honey in it. Green tea you should drin as much as possible!
