1.) you may wanna use a pattern of ^ws$ as the alias patterns are regex. This way, it won't go off if you do a "say Do you have any saws"
2.) the substitution line will work, unless you've changed the command seperator option. It's ; by default, but if you change it and the alias breaks, that's why. =)
