"鳴り" can mean either Ringing or sound, and "ザザ" is an fx for pounding rain... The title makes more sense as, "Pounding Rain, Raining Sound".

If you look at Plastic Tree's photoshoots ( especially Ryuutarou's ), you can tell that they're still visual, if only slightly.

Normal would be UVERworld and stuff like that.
