I think I understand the plot...

Junsu's a successful business man, and because of that he can't spend time with his girlfriend which makes her sad. She walks in the street, gets hit, and dies. Junsu finds out, becomes depressed. But he opens the door and she's there. Cheks the calender, it's two years earlier. It's his second chance. He makes her life happier, but her death is inevitable. In the end, Junsu is able to save her, but not really, cause they both die...
