The position of the driver in relation to the road is the same in both countries, so it's just the same as driving in America just on the correct side of the road.

We have a justified reason, always pass someone keeping them to your right side, if they challenge you you can draw your sword/gun with your right hand protecting your passenger on your left. This of course is history when we rode around in carts...........if you can come up with a justified reason for why you drive on the other/wrong side of the road i'll forgive you.
